Brides, we WILL NOT do your makeup as a party look. Any event whereby you are a bride to be or bride, is classed as bridal. In any event where it transpires that you are/were indeed a bride, you will be liable for the full bridal pricing of the artist in question, regardless of the service/look that you have been provided with.

Yes, you do have the option. You can book at the studio via the website. If you would like us to come out to you, please email us with your enquiry.

We understand there can be slight delays, therefore we allow 10 minutes for delays.

Delays beyond 10 minutes will incur a £50 charge for every 10 minutes lateness. Delays beyond 15 minutes may result in your booking being cancelled.

If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your look, please speak to your artist on the day. If it can be amended, the artist will do their best to amend. We will not accept complaints once the booking is complete.

No, all deposits are non refundable. Full payment online also acts as a deposit which is also non refundable. Gift card payments are also non refundable.

Cancellations must be made no later than 28 days prior to your reserved date or you will be responsible and liable for 100% of the booking amount. It is to our discretion if we offer the option to hold your deposit and transfer to an alternative date.

Yes we do! Our loyalty card is valid for 50% off Party Bookings ONLY and is subject to availability. Ask at reception if you would like one. When your loyalty card is full, we ask that you mention this when booking so we can apply your discount. Voucher is redeemable for one card per client. Only available to redeem for bookings between normal opening times 9am-6pm. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, Valid for studio bookings only.

We also hand out Kara Makeup money off vouchers. Only one voucher per person. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Valid for studio bookings only. The voucher is valid for six months from the date it is issued to you.

1. Please have on the tops of your dresses and any jewellery you plan to wear before your artists arrival

2. If you have booked hair, make sure your hair is fully dried and straightened the night before. DO NOT SLEEP WITH DAMP HAIR. 

*** Please note that if you have damp or wet hair at the time of your appointment, an additional charge of £30 will be incurred. We value your time and ours, and it is crucial to be prepared. Prior to your appointment, we kindly ask that you ensure your hair is clean and free of head lice. Please be advised that if you arrive with lice, our stylists will be unable to proceed with styling your hair, and any deposit made will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Moisturize your skin and brush your hair before your appointment. 

4. For clients with eyelash extensions, please be aware that we do not apply additional lashes on top of them. Please plan accordingly.
